I got my hair done by Ella and it was by far the greatest experience I’ve ever had! She’s super sweet,caring, and really friendly! She will meet your expectations while also delivering quality service. I asked for the celebrity dimension and all over highlights and she did just that! Nonetheless, I’m super happy on how my hair turned out!

I’m so happy to find Ella for my balayage! She actually helped me fix the highlight previously done on my hair to the right shade of blonde that I wanted. I was nervous at first to come in with preexisting highlights but Ella was so kind and thoughtful and made me feel so welcomed. She spent 15min for our consultation discussing my preference to ensure we were on the same page, and kept me updated throughout the process of how my hair reacted to the lightening. And I loooved the result! Posted a picture here so everyone can see her real work and not just words! Now I don’t wonder why she’s always busy (she’s just good).

I’ve been looking forward to getting my hair done at Annastasia Salon and the experience did not disappoint! Ella treated me like royalty! From the warm greeting at the door to being offered a variety of hot or cold drinks and then seated comfortably for my service, the stress of my drive through Portland just melted away. Ella recommend a fringe bag cut for me and I absolutely love it. She cut my hair so fast. I didn’t realize this haircut was the change I’ve been needing! Ella’s vision suits me perfectly. I actually look and feel years younger after my cut by Ella. I have to say that the best part of my experience at Annastasia today was the head and scalp massage. It instantly relaxed me. The hair treatment left my hair feeling amazing and the blowout was relaxing as well. The gentle roller brush style further relaxed me and has lasted for days. I’m so pleased with my cut and style.

I went to Ella for a color correction a few months ago. My baseline was Ashy blonde until I decided to do something fun and put some purple in it by myself not realizing it was a semi perm. The color would not wash off and I wanted to be back to the blonde for a work conference. I tried a DIY Color removal at home, which left me with greens. blues and whatnots….. It was bad!!
My Regular stylists were not available. Based on Ella’s reviews, I went to go see her and she DID NOT disappoint!! Not only is she super sweet. She also has a lot of knowledge on color chemistry, which she very patiently explained to me. To ensure she didn’t further damage my hair she did a test strand, even asked for feedback from fellow stylists before moving forward.
I am extremely Satisfied with my hair, she left me with a beautiful beach golden brown blonde balayage.
